Rolo Stuffed Snickerdoodles-Heaven!

What is it about the simple deliciousness of snickerdoodles? Snickerdoodles = childhood.

A caramel center is the perfect remix to this classic cookie. And Rolo’s are just the way to do it. This is the littlest effort ever required for a quite fanciful cookie. Promise.

You’ll Need:
1 batch perfect snickerdoodles (see below)
32 rolo candies
Makes 32 cookies

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.


1.Roll dough around Rolo candy to form a 1 inch ball.
2.Arrange dough on cookie sheet.
3.Bake for 14 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly before removing from baking sheet.

Recipe for Snickerdoodle Cookie
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 and 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
